Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. provides issue sponsor services addressed to issuers of dematerialized securities. These services include the performance of the following activities related with securities already registered at the NSD, but not yet deposited by shareholders on their respective securities accounts:

• preparation and maintaining of a securities holders register,
• issue and updating of certificates of deposit on request of securities holders, including certificates of deposit allowing to participate in the general meeting of shareholders,
• confirmation of data specified in the certificate of deposit with data entered into the issuer sponsor register if an instruction for depositing securities into the account of their holder is submitted,
• performing services associated with rights from securities.
